Properties

    BROTAN-BRS has been specially developed for the production of white glove leather. 

    BROTAN-BRS possesses very good ability to bleach wet blue to a high and uniform degree of whiteness. 

    For Gloving leather BROTAN-BRS gives very good pigmentation effect on grain with excellent light fastness, fullness and fine grain makes it most suitable syntan for the production of white gloves leather both in goat & sheep.

    In dyeing process can be use for the light and pastel shades to improve the levelness of color.

When used together with vegetable extracts, lighter and even color of the tanned leather is obtained.

Paper bag with 25kgs;

Storing condition: cool and dry;

Shelf-life: 18months.

Applications

  BROTAN-BRS either can be used alone or together with other tannins in the re-tanning or fatliqouring process

  The recommended dosage is 5-6% on shaved weight for white gloving leather.

  The recommended dosage is 1-2%  on shaved weight for pastel colors.

  The recommended dosage is 2-3%  for use in vegetable tanning.
